Public Notice is hereby given that I, JEFFREY A. EISENBEIS; Court Administrator for the Circuit
Court of Jackson County, Missouri, will sell such real estate, parcel by parcel, at public auction
to the highest bidder, for cash, between the hours of nine o’clock A.M. and five o’clock P.M.
(exactly at 10:00 o’clock A.M.) at the North front door of the Jackson County Courthouse, 415
East 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri on Monday, the 24th day of August, 2015, and continuing
from day to day thereafter, to satisfy the judgment as to each respective parcel of real estate sold.
If no acceptable bids are received as to any parcel of real estate, SAID PARCEL SHALL BE
SOLD TO THE Land Trust of Jackson County, Missouri or the appropriate Land Bank. Any bid
received shall be subject to confirmation by the Circuit Court.
